RefugeeOne Christmas

St. Luke’s will once again provide 200 gift bags for the RefugeeOne children. As we did last year we are collecting money to support filling the gift bags. The Christmas parties are held at RefugeeOne. Santa will be there in person handing out the gift bags to each child.

We will order all of the items that will go into the bags. The bags will contain candy, books, toy items, crayons, etc. Our goal is to spend $25 per bag.

During Sunday School on December 1st we will fill the gift bags. All of the children, their families, and whoever would like to join us are invited to help. Sunday school starts at 9:30 a.m.in Henderson Hall. More information will be forthcoming.

If you are able to make Christmas bright for the RefugeeOne children there are 3 steps.

1. Please send an email to Kim at khendee@stlukespr.org

2. Please specify the dollar amount you are able to donate.

3. Please send or drop off a check at church made out to St. Luke’s with a memo RefugeeOne Christmas OR you can do this electronically with the same note included.

We would appreciate receiving monetary donations or commitments by Sunday, November 17th . However, we will continue to accept donations.
