Spring Concert
On Sunday May 5, at 4:30 p.m., St. Luke’s is pleased to host The Schaumburg Choral Artists, a new vocal ensemble providing a unique choral opportunity for advanced adult singers in the Chicago northwest suburbs and outlying communities. Pastor Kyle, Clyde Andrew Walter, and Ben Grafe will sing with this choir on May 5th at St. Luke’s Church. Pastor Kyle invites you all to come and watch the performance. No ticket cost, free will offering will be received.
The Choral Group is open to adults, college students and advanced high school students. Members are selected by audition and should display a skill level to learn and perform from the standard choral repertoire, including period works, sacred vocal music, classical works with symphony, and contemporary music by composers such as Michael John Trotta, Stephen Paulus, Alice Parker, and Eric Whitacre. Academic choral experience preferred.
