Flu Shots Here

Walgreens will be at St. Luke’s on Sunday, September 18, 2022, to provide flu shots and other immunization from 9:00 a.m. to noon. These are available for anyone wishing to receive these immunizations.

Walgreens will require that a form to be completed for each individual intending to receive an immunization, to provide them with insurance information for each person. The cost of the immunizations is typically covered by insurance and Medicare. These forms will be available on Sunday, September 11, 2022, as well as on the day of the flu shots, September 18. It will be helpful to have these forms completed ahead of time.

You will need to have your insurance information with you the day of the immunization, such as your insurance card or Medicare card.
In addition to the standard flu shot, Walgreens will also be able to provide the High Dose flu immunization for those 65 years of age and older, as well as Pneumovax 23 And Prevnar 13.
